Artist Engine is operated by Hightel Investments Pty Ltd (we, us, our).

By submitting your details on the Artist Engine early registration page (Early Registration), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Early Registration lets you join the Artist Engine waitlist and receive launch updates, including a private access link on launch (where applicable).

Early Registration does not guarantee access by a specific date/time and does not create a contract for ongoing paid services.

If advertised at the time you register, Early Registration may include an offer of 12 months free access to the Artist Engine app (Offer).

To redeem the Offer:

You must use the private access link we send you on/around launch, and

You must download the app and create your Artist Engine profile within 72 hours of the time we send the private access link (the Redemption Window).

If you do not complete these steps within the Redemption Window, the Offer may expire and may not be reissued.

If you redeem the Offer, there is no lock-in contract. You can cancel at any time.

If you cancel during the free 12-month period, you will not be charged for the remainder of the free period. If you later re-subscribe, pricing and plans available at that time will apply.

We may limit the Offer to one redemption per person and/or per device/account.

We may refuse, suspend, or cancel access (including the Offer) if we reasonably believe there has been:

fraud, abuse, or attempted circumvention of the Redemption Window

use that violates these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law

Artist Engine is a developing product. Features, pricing, availability, and release timing may change.

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time, including during the free access period.

By registering, you consent to receive emails (and where enabled, SMS) related to:

early registration

launch announcements

your access link and redemption instructions

product updates and important service notices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Service/transactional emails (like your access link) may still be sent where necessary.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If a Privacy Policy link is provided on the registration page, it forms part of these Terms.

Artist Engine may integrate with third-party services (for example, calendar providers). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Artist Engine is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis

we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

we do not guarantee any specific outcomes (including gigs, income, followers, or bookings)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
